Duties

  • Document end user information and reported issues in the IT Service Desk ticketing system

  • Assist in the resolution of IT Service Desk calls and requests in a courteous and timely manner

  • Assist in the installation and troubleshooting of end-user hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation and audio-visual equipment, and other products

  • Assist end users with password resets for various systems

  • Assist in providing end user support for business systems.
