In conclusion, my experience working as an IT Service Desk Co-op at the City of Guelph was incredibly rewarding. I had the opportunity to collaborate with ambitious and talented individuals, learning firsthand how corporations operate and how various teams within the organization work together to ensure the smooth functioning of different city departments. My co-workers were exceptionally kind and patient, always ready to address my questions and concerns. They introduced me to diverse problem-solving approaches, significantly contributing to my growth as a co-op student.
